Powder coating is the most economical process for finishing metal surfaces. It is fast, environmentally friendly and the results are extremely weather resistant.
At WÜLLER, you can choose from a variety of RAL colors and other coating parameters to ensure that the component meets your requirements - for example, in terms of appearance or even corrosion protection.
Further refinements of your workpieces and constructions, such as galvanizing, KTL coating, chrome plating or painting are carried out by our qualified partner companies.
Powder coating for long durability.
Generally, all workpieces are pretreated at WÜLLER before powder coating. This is the only way we can guarantee that the subsequent powder coating meets your requirements.
How does it work?
In this process, the powder, which is still in dusty consistency, is electrostatically charged in the machine. The components are grounded via a metallic object. This pre-charging ensures that the powder coating, which has not yet cured, adheres to the component until it is burned in. After coating, the component is heated in a baking oven. Here, the object temperature of the component and the holding time of the temperature are process-relevant variables, since only in this way can optimum adhesion to the component and optimum properties of the powder coating be achieved.
